It is very rare that I truly like every song on a CD, it doesn’t matter who the artist is. "Nectar Of Your Dreams" is one of those rare treats from beginning to end. It offers a tremendous variation of styles and each of them have been created and performed with total perfection. Jen’s voice has the power to convey not only words but actual emotions as well. "Rise Up Together" literally gives me chills. I can hear and feel such passion and heart pounding energy in that song, talk about power! It’s not just great music it is literally an experience.

Jen Ambrose has the ability to
touch your heart and feed your soul with her music. Many of her songs are so
soothing when I close my eyes I can feel myself floating along with her
voice. The lady can sing the Blues like no other, she has mastered the
Celtic sound and then there is that spine tingling Gritty sound that is so
intense you can feel it throughout your entire body.
I think of "Nectar Of Your Dreams" as a wonderful gift from the heart given to us by a woman who possesses a tremendous amount of love and compassion. I feel as though I have actually come to know and love Jen through her music. I am so fortunate to have my life blessed with her beautiful music and her incredible voice so early after the release of her first CD while others are unknowingly being deprived of something spectacular. I anxiously wait for more. I could write a novel trying to describe her music and express the emotions she stirs in me but words simply cannot describe the profound passion of her music. It is something you must experience for yourself. There are many truly great ladies in the music industry. I suggest they make room for one more because Jen Ambrose is definitely going to join them very soon. Treat yourself to a pleasant journey, listen to Jen Ambrose. |
